Please note that the estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days domestically in the U.S. and 10-18 business days internationally. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, the same item may be sent in a separate package even if you specify combined shipping. We are not responsible for any customs charges once the item has been shipped.
The easiest way to change an order is to contact us by email
If you do not receive the ordered product within the warranty time (50 business days excluding 2-5 days of processing), if you receive the wrong product (see instructions below), if you do not want the product you received (you must return the product at your own expense and the product must be unused), Or if you cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase (see instructions above), you can ask for a refund or a new shipment. We will not refund your order if your order is due to factors within your control (such as providing an incorrect shipping address), your order is due to special circumstances beyond our control (such as customs clearance not cleared, natural disaster delay) or if you cancel your order more than 6 hours after purchase. You can submit a refund request by filling out our contact form at the bottom of this page and selecting the "Refund Order" subject. It is also important to provide the correct order number, otherwise we cannot process your refund request. You may submit a refund request within 15 days after the end of the delivery guarantee period (50 business days).
Since we aim to pack and ship as soon as possible, orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page and select the "Cancel Order" subject. It is also important to provide the correct order number, otherwise we cannot process your cancellation request. Requests without the correct order number will not be processed! Payment for any order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. If you paid via PayPal, your PayPal account will be refunded. Important: Keep in mind that if you cancel your order, funds may be withheld by your bank or credit card issuer for 1-3 days. Please understand that these detentions are completely beyond our control.
Assign tracking numbers to packages when they are shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can track your order on our tracking page. Note that the current state may not be the actual state. So if a package is not moving, it may be in the shipping company queue.
